Odds and Ends

Nathan was so happy to have a lil puppy dog friend the other week when we babysat it for our neighbors.
 They played together non-stop.
Snickers was a very spoiled little dog.

Pretty soon Nathan's hoping to have his own puppy.
 Poor Snickers.

The cows, thrilled to be back out eating God's Greens
On Mother's Day, we went to the lake. The water was crystal clear and beautiful.

 A family game of "try-and-hit-the-ball-and-hope-somebody-in-outfield-can-catch-it."
It was a good way to work off the rust since the last time any of us played softball was back in Ohio. Apparently there wasn't enough action to suit Jo.

A determined lil batter

 A not-so-determined-looking catcher....:)
 Jojo

Micah.....amazing us with his stunning batting abilities. (Compared to the rest of us!)
 Kal.....way to go! =D

As you can see...not a whole lot of activity going on. Still...low-key family games are the best. Most of the time. =D
